We heard the baby's heart beat..

On Thursday we heard our baby's heartbeat. It is now offical. That always get me. Lucas went with us to our appointment and he seemed really excited to hear it and to be there.. I am now 10 weeks along. I guess the next week to look forward to is, the week we get to see if we are having a girl or boy. That is always exciting.

With Lucas the doctor did gave us a 60% chance it was a girl. Then Lucas showed up. Fun stuff.. I guess we really never know what we are going to get.

Lucas did so well at the dentist. We went in for a cleaning. He loved it.

WOW... I just came across the picture.

This was not a fun day. We went to my sister Christas to do family pictures.

In every single picture Lucas was just screaming.

He was not a happy baby, not at all.

I am very surprised we all made it to two years old.

He is now a little tamer, but yes he is two...

At least Linkin is a trooper. He has been the best big brother ever.

We just found out that we are adding another to the Skinner family.

We are hoping for a GIRL, but I can do three boys, too.

But whatever happens, I can't wait. It will be fun.

I do hope this child is a happy child...

Fun with Linkin's four wheeler

What fun we had today.. We started our day out, heading to the BMX track, out by Kolob.

Linkin really wanted to ride his bike, but there was mud everywhere.

I guess it does that when it rains. WEIRD..

So we ended up behind my sisters house. (Good thing we brought the four wheeler.)

We found a little jump, Linkin and Aaron kept jumping it.

Lucas decided that he wanted to join in and so did Rocky. This is an awesome clip..

Linkin is saying "Shoulder Technique" I don't know where he got that from, but I laughed for long time. Kids are funny..

1. I like to watch my kids play together.

2. I don't like to wash the dishes, but I do them anyway.

3. I am not a fan of old lady drivers.

4. I enjoy days off, as many as I get can get in a row.

5. I never had girl friends until I got married.

6. I don't play the wii, but my kids love it!

7. I wear the same shoes, everyday to work.

8. I wish my dog wasn't so crazy.

9. I cut bangs and don't like them at all.

10. Pepsi and cinnamon hearts are my favorite treat.

11. I like to make quilts and give them to people.

12. I have the best babysitter ever.

13. We don't have T.V. at our house.

14. I love my job and look forward to going.

15. I pick up Linkin from school everyday.

16. I love to give out presents.

17. I feel older than everyone else my age.

18. I love to drive fast.

19. When I go to the store I let my kids play with all the toys.

20. I have watched "Horton Hears a Who" over 50 times.

21. I am glad my husband is a hard worker.

22. I could eat Dairy Queen blizzards twice a week and not feel gulity.

23. I want to travel to each of the 50 states.

24. I make funny faces in the mirror every morning.

Linkin and Lucas

Every morning he gets ready for school. He does his hair and brushes his teeth and heads out to feed the dog. He has lots of chores. But he always keeps his great attitude.
When we get to school he still lets me kiss him and give him a big hug, in front of all of his friends. He tells them that I am cool. I think that is awesome. I can't believe he is in 1st grade and soon to be in 2nd. I shouldn't even think about that yet...

Lucas' Hair-do

One day I heard the blow dryer turn on and this is what I saw.

He said he was making his hair look pretty.

Today we played alot with hair products. Lucas decided that he wanted a mo-hawk. So this is his mo-hawk. His hair is so blonde and so fine that you can't really see it, but it is there. I enjoy my days off and being able to spend one on one time with him. I wonder what he thinks.....

Kids are so cute

I found this little note on my pillow this very morning.

Linkin is the sweetest kid.

He always thinks of me.

I thought this was way cute. He tries to fix everything.
